Our Founders
Tracy Sinclair and Susan Room founded Coachsters during the pandemic, having discovered their mutual passion for coaching young people.
Tracy Sinclair MCC
A Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Tracy is a coaching specialist dedicated to developing the coaching profession and community. Named as one of the Leading Global Coaches winners of the Thinkers50 Marshall Goldsmith Coaching Awards of 2019 and 2021, she was a finalist for the Thinkers50 Coaching and Mentoring Award in 2021. Tracy’s work encompasses coaching, teaching, mentoring, supervising, assessing and consulting. She has volunteered for the ICF since 2012 holding Global, EMEA and UK leadership positions on Boards, Committees and Task Forces and co-authored Becoming a Coach: The Essential ICF Guide, published in 2020. Tracy also specialises in supporting organisations with the development of coaching culture, and regularly speaks on coaching and leadership topics to audiences around the world.
Susan Room PCC, MFA, FRSA
A former C-suite leader, Susan Room coaches mind, body, speech and voice. Known as The Business Voice Coach, she is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and holds a Masters in Voice Studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, a world-renowned institution whose graduates include Sir Laurence Olivier, Dame Judi Dench and Kit Harington. Also a member of the Voice and Speech Trainers Association (VASTA) and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Susan specialises in coaching under-represented communities, especially women and young people. Her Make Your Mark with Susan Room® method combines voice and executive coaching to improve confidence, presence and communication skills, and she works with individuals and groups for some of the world’s leading brands.
